We just got back from the Mardi Gras Open.
This was our first large tournament. We did well and were pleased with our showing. After the first 2 days of prelims we were in 2nd place with a total score of 420. Only 12 teams out of 65 advanced to the rookie semi-finals. The semi’s started on Sunday. We played 3 games and in each game we lost guys on the break. This was just bad luck for us and was to much for us to overcome. We didn’t advance to the finals, we ended up in 10th spot.
